We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
